Registration form for the 5th UCM Art Collecting Conference - Art History

  • A separate reservation process must be completed for each attendee.
  • If you are registering for other people, log out using the button at the top of the website each time you complete a registration. Each registrant will receive their own user account.
  • If you are already a website user from having registered for a previous conference or activity, but are not a member and wish to become one, you must first access your account and then become a member. Once you are a member, return to this page.
  • You must register for at least one session (in-person or online) to be able to select the visits you wish to attend.

In-person/online course.

Consult the schedule for the different sessions:

* General registration for the Conference grants the right to participate in the different sessions.

Visits to Collections/Art Centers: October 4 – November 30.

Registrations can be customized according to each registrant’s “roadmap,” based on their academic, professional or personal interests. This allows registration for one or several in-person/online sessions, and for different visits to collections/museums/art centers/art galleries/artists’ studios and workshops.

Registration donation for in-person/online Conference: €30. Exempt for UCM staff and students, University of Zaragoza, Universidad Nacional Pedro Henríquez Ureña (UNPHU) and ACCA members.

Registration donation for each visit: €3.

To obtain the Certificate, attendance at the course (in-person/online) of at least 75% of the in-person/online sessions will be required. Recognition of 2 university credits (ECTS) for UCM undergraduate students in the fields of Humanities, Social Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences or Engineering. For this, the following will be required: Certificate of Attendance + participation in eight collection visits + submission of a “Report on the 5th Art Collecting Conference.”

Members of the university community have their own registration form, as do ACCA members (do not use the General Access form).

If you have an invitation code, complete the General Access form and include the code in the next step, before completing the reservation.

General Access

Register for the 5th Conference for only €30 (access to all venues: Madrid, Zaragoza and Dominican Republic) and €3 for each selected visit.

You must choose at least one of the sessions (in auditorium or online) to be able to register for the visits.

The Cultural Association of Art Collecting – ACCA, of Pozuelo de Alarcón (Madrid), registered in the National Registry of Associations, Group 1, Section 1, National Number 628638, a non-profit entity with its own legal personality and full capacity to act.
Article 29 of its statutes establishes that the economic resources to carry out its cultural and educational activities come from membership fees, subsidies, patronage actions, sponsorships, donations and “in-kind contributions” that it may legally receive.

University Members

Register for the 5th Conference at no cost.

You must choose at least one of the sessions (in auditorium or online) to be able to register for the visits.

Once you complete the form, when you proceed to complete your details and the process, you must present official proof (ID card, enrollment certificate…) to be able to register free of charge for the online or in-person sessions of the 5th UCM Art Collecting Conference – Art History.
